A Texas truck driving instructor won a $2 million settlement in his personal injury case last week. Charles Geiman, who suffered back injuries, brain injuries, and a partially paralyzed diaphragm as the result of a crash, filed suit against Walter Faver and C.R. England Trucking.
According to the lawsuit, Geiman was acting as onboard instructor to Faver when the truck overturned. Faver, who was also injured, was cited for driving with an invalid license and improper lane usage. Geiman, 50, was permanently disabled by the accident.
