46 year old Bradley Tize, a resident of O’Fallon, IL, was struck by a car yesterday morning. When his car broke down on I-64, he abandoned the vehicle and began walking. Around the same time, a 21 year old woman, whose name has not been released, swerved to avoid hitting a piece of debris and struck Tize. Allegedly a witness picked her up and the two of them left. After picking up the woman’s husband, they returned to the seen of the accident, where the woman was questioned by police.
